Pricing policy
I provide legal services on a reimbursable basis. The cost of my services in each case is formed individually based on the complexity and amount of legal assistance required in each specific case.
Based on the results of the first consultation and the initial assessment of the situation, I always inform the client of the potential to achieve the result requested by him in the case and my a priori estimate of the minimum budget for each stage of the provision of services.
My fee is the amount of time spent on services multiplied by the relevant hourly rate. Organizational costs (transportation costs, state duties, postage costs, etc.) are not included in the hourly rates and are paid by the client separately.
25,000 rubles for one day of employment for the provision of legal services related to representing the interests of the client with my direct participation in court hearings.
15,000 rubles for one hour of providing legal services not related to my participation in court hearings, namely: analysis of the legal situation, preparation of legal documents, preparation for court hearings, participation in negotiations in the interests of the client, participation in enforcement proceedings and other legal work.
10,000 rubles for one hour of professional legal consulting in verbal or written form; telephone conversations, visits to state authorities, local authorities, organizations, individuals, made in order to properly execute the client's order; technical work (familiarization with the case materials, preparation of copies of documents, compilation of inventories, etc.).
I help my clients select and implement dispute resolution strategies that fit their budgets. Depending on the type and circumstances of the dispute, I may offer the client to consider a fixed fee (not tied to the amount of time I spent), an installment ee payment, as well as a “conditional fee”.
